My daughter Lindsey, who is a 15 year old Alopecia Areata Patient, is a client of yours. I purchased 1 unit last summer/fall for her. At first, it was OK and a little difficult to maintain. Your staff worked very hard to work with these congeners (Kathy, Jade and, Bonnie and Cookie- I know I am forgetting at 3 other persons who were quite helpful). I decided to purchase another unit the ""Lace"" I'm telling you, Cookie sculpted a mold that truly fit my child's head. She took time to match up webbing materials with my daughters' skin and hair color. She and I matched the lace to her complexion. We choose the hair color and texture, etc. Now, I know you might say, that is exactly what she is supposed to do, but Cookie would not stop until everything was perfect. Believe me, it took a great deal of time.

The process did not stop there; she kept in constant contact with the manufacture. She kept in contact with me, as well. Each and every time we came in for servicing, she had great words of encouragement. Bonnie, incidentally, devised another way of working with the first unit to try to get it a bit more manageable.

Cookie and Bonnie are to be commended. I truly don't think that they looked at this as a job, but as giving a 15-year-old girl, the right to hold her head high. I will always be grateful to your staff, but especially Bonnie and Regina for that human touch.

When I originally considered coming to New Image almost seven years ago due to a thinning problem. Regrettably I decided against coming because I wanted a smaller more personal environment. I believed from the advertisement on TV that New Image was a large company that was very impersonal. HOW WRONG I WAS. After experiencing a virtual nightmare with another company. I requested information again from several companies including New Image.

When I first entered the office I sat and waited a few minutes before being escorted upstairs. To say the least I was actually shocked, because I expected to find this super large, impersonal facility, who was only interested in numbers not people. What I found upon my initial visit was a very warm, personal operation with people who actually cared about what I was going through. Whatever you do don't lose that caring, giving, and concerned atmosphere that you have there. Your facility Kathy and Cookie are priceless gifts. Ones for which I will always be grateful.

To my surprise I noticed new growth in just 4 weeks after my surgery and postoperative low level light therapy. I was not expecting to see as much new growing hair in such a small amount of time. During my initial consultation I was told it would take a few months, and that the follow up light therapy would help me heal and start growing in less time. But! Every time I finished a light therapy session a day or two latter I noticed more growth. After 6 months the fullness now is unbelievable. In the beginning I was thinking I may want a second transplant session, cause I wanted the most fullness I could get, but I am so pleased, I decided to save the money, thank you! After experiencing and reading more about laser light therapy I will be purchasing additional sessions to enhance my hair volume.

Dave and Cookie are extremely helpful and have been there every step of the way. I have worked a lot with Dave and his honesty, professionalism, and reassurance have been outstanding. I would recommend New Image for any man or woman who has a hair loss problem.

When I started losing my hair, I had a really hard time dealing with it. I didn't like what I saw in the mirror. It just wasn't me. I wasn't sure what to do about it, but I knew it would just get worse if I didn't do something. I had seen a commercial for New Image Hair Clinic so I decided to give them a try. It was one of the best decisions I've ever made. From day one I was treated with courtesy and respect. The staff understood my problems and concerns and helped me get back the look I lost. Now when I look in the mirror, it's me again.

Upon my first appointment Alan told me that he could make me look 10 years younger. Well, he was wrong. I had gone to the thrift store to look for items my daughter wanted and they said there was a sale for people over 55. I showed them my drivers license and that I was now 71. Another lady standing by stated that she did not want to make me feel bad that she felt I was near 55 to begin with. So, Alan made me look much, much younger than the 71 --he made me look 16 years younger!!! Thanks to him and Sal (who makes me feel so relaxed and not self conscious while there) and to all your staff!
