Where It All Began
Our story begins in 1969, when co-founder Frank Petrosky began his journey in hair restoration - not as a business venture, but as a personal mission. Frank experienced significant hair loss at just 24 years old and understood firsthand the impact it can have on confidence and quality of life. That personal understanding became the foundation of everything New Image Hair Clinic stands for.

Every staff member is trained in the latest techniques and technologies - and each one shares the same commitment to compassion and personalized care that Frank and co-founder Lori established from the very beginning.

In 2019, Cookie - who joined the clinic straight out of beauty school at age 18 and dedicated her entire career to New Image - purchased the business. Having witnessed the transformative impact of the clinic's work for decades, she brought new energy and vision while honoring everything that made New Image a trusted institution in the Pittsburgh community.
