What Customer Service Means To Us

For the second year in a row, New Image won a “CMUS Talk of the Town Customer Satisfaction Award,” and we couldn’t be more proud. It got us thinking; great products are only half the New Image equation. The other half is great customer service.

The “Talk of the Town” award means so much to all of us at New Image, because it is awarded based on customer votes. Through websites, blogs, social networks, business rating services, etc., our customers have awarded us five stars two years in a row for excellent customer service.

New Image founder A. Frank Petrosky says, “The client is the most important person to walk through our door. They are the focus of everything we do and they allow us to do the work that we love.”
